Thankfully, it has been a very busy week!  This week/weekend was filled with Miller meeting with editors at 5 different major magazines, me making cold calls to schedule more meetings, a small shoot and…visitors! Miller’s mom and her husband Harvey came to visit, and it was Harvey’s first time ever in NY. So in between meetings and work, we hit ALL the tourist attractions and ate a whole lot of doughnuts – not kidding! My favorite restaurants we tried this week are The Standard Grill,  a super cheap dumpling place called Rickshaw Dumpling Bar, and Cafeteria. Here are a few weekend photos…

We went to the Empire State building on Friday…Miller shot this picture and turned it into a super cool poster.

We had a glass of wine overlooking Grand Central Station- First time I have ever taken the time to really appreciate the incredible architecture and detail in that place!

There’s no person two Italian food lovers would rather run into…Mario Batali!

I’m embarrassed to say that we went to the Doughnut Plant three days in a row! I tried way too many- Organic Orange, Tres Leches, Valrhona Chocolate, Creme Brulee, Coconut Glaze- ALL delicious!
