This dark plum color may be the last thing you are into to right now with all of the brights and pastels that are all over the place. But, it’s such a seasonal/transitional color that I had to do a quick post about it. I pretty much consider dark purple a neutral because it goes with EVERYTHING. Just like dark denim does. In the fall and winter, it pairs perfectly with navy, tan, cream, gray, mustard, red, chambray, white, black, etc…And it can carry you right into spring and summer because it looks so great with pastels and brights. In the pictures below, Hanneli wears hers so beautifully with mint green, powder blue, pink, and even a bright red. I can also picture it looking amazing with a bright citron yellow color. If you already have something in this color, hope I was able to give you some ideas on how to wear it. If you don’t have any plum, it would be something great to add to your closet because you will get tonnns of wear out of it.
