Sun protection! One of the biggest essentials, in my opinion.

I’ll pretty much use any type of spf for body, but I’m a little bit pickier when it comes to sunscreen for the face. What I look for…absorbs very easily, non-sticky, no heavy scent, and LEAVES NO WHITE FILMY RESIDUE. Clearly, that last one is what bugs me the most. Since I wear sunscreen everyday under my makeup, I don’t want to look all chalky, which has happened before.

My favorites at the moment are this ultra sheer liquid by Neutrogena and this one from Josie Maran.

The Neutrogena one works amazing under makeup…it’s water based, so it goes on really sheer. And you can’t beat the price. The Josie Maran one is great because it’s a natural product and doesn’t have all the chemicals that most sunscreens have. It also goes on sheer, but is a little bit thicker than the Neutrogena one. It also has argan oil in it, which is so so good for your skin!
